Rest In Peace: DJ Peachez

DJ Peachez was born and raised in Central Virginia. She first touched the turntables during her freshman year of college. She saw DJing as an opportunity to release stress and make money to pay for her tuition and books. She decided on the name Peachez, because that was the nickname her relatives gave her (due to her light skin tone). DJ Peachez had over 5 years of radio experience. During the course of that time, she has been on JMU College radio (WXJM), Charlottesville public radio (WNRN), 106.5 The Beat, and, she recently on Power 92 (Radio One) in Richmond, VA.
DJ Peachez was looking forward to further developing her craft as a radio, mixtape, battle, and concert DJ. In addition, she wanted to do music as well as concert production.

Unfortunately, her life was taken too soon. DJ Peachez will be greatly missed.
